Intake Text is an AI-powered text messaging support agent designed to provide troubleshooting assistance, product information, and setup guidance for Precision Planting equipment. The Service is intended for use by authorized Precision Planting dealers and their representatives.

The Service is available to authorized Precision Planting dealers and their employees or agents. By using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of a Precision Planting dealership.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: obtaining support and information related to Precision Planting products. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. No Warranty on Advice

The information provided by Intake Text is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended as general guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional technical support, official Precision Planting documentation, or the judgment of a qualified technician. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any response. Always verify critical information before taking action on equipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intake.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to equipment damage, crop loss, downtime, or lost revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
